  24. msvibm.zip MSKermit v3.14 distribution, I notice that the start-up

  48. Is the "patch level 0" an indication of the patch level of the base

  52. file I am running, or should it be an indication of the patch level 
  53. following the installation of the patches contained in msr314.pch? I
  54. notice that if I use the:

  58. command, I still see "patch level 0", rather than "patch level 3" which
  59. I would expect.

  61. I realize that the kermit.exe file on disk will not change, but I would
  62. expect that after patches are installed, the version of kermit in memory
  63. would reflect the installed patches. Am I doing something wrong?
